Where are orders sent from and is shipping tax-friendly?
We ship from a variety of fulfillment centres across the US, Greece (EU), Australia and New Zealand. The shipping at checkout will tell you from which warehouse your order is being shipped. You are responsible for understanding if you will have to pay import tax on goods shipped from that country. You will be liable for any import fees and taxes charged by your country’s customs office.
Are all orders sent with tracked shipping?
The large majority of our orders are sent using trackable services. However, this is not always possible for certain countries.
Can promo items be shipped together with other products?
Only for orders within New Zealand. All promo orders are sent directly from our HQ in New Zealand. You can order promo items together with other products, but, unless you are in New Zealand, you will have to pay for the two separate shipping fees and will receive the promos in a separate package.

ORDER ERRORS
I received my order, but not all products were in the delivery box. Will they be arriving separately?
If you ordered promo items, they will be sent in a separate package from New Zealand. For other products, it is very rare for us to send products from two different warehouses, but that can happen. Check your emails for tracking information. There could be multiple packages. Please don’t hesitate to contact us using the General Enquiry form on this page if you are unsure.

PUBLISHING
Do you accept game submissions from designers?
Most of our games are designed in-house, or by local Kiwi designers that we know personally. We are not currently accepting submissions.
Are you looking for new illustrators and artists to work with?
We principally work with Sam Phillips and The Mico. We generally do our own research for suitable artists for other projects. If you think that your style could complement our catalogue, feel free to send a link to your portfolio through the General Enquiry.
